Kulturanova from Novi Sad is organizing theater workshops led by Gianluca Barbadori, Italian film director, theater teacher and actor, in Novi Sad and Belgrade in April 2015.
There are three seminars: Towards the creation of the character, Method of remembrance of the body and Physical actions and methods of social theater.
Gianluca Barbadori is engaged in international theater projects for more than 20 years. He has directed more than 60 pieces in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Hungarian and Chinese which were presented n in Italy, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Iran, Uruguay and the United States.
Currently, he is leading the theater company "Ponte tra Culture" in Ancona and "El Hormiguero Teatro" in Bogota.
He has been engaged in theater education since 1994, with professional actors and theater projects which have been applied in dealing with specific social and civic groups. Since 1998 he works with adolescents who belong to marginalized and/or vulnerable groups, especially with a group of 14 to 20 years old.
Since 2005 in Ancona water "Theatropolis", an intercultural theater group that connects young people from different countries, involved about 65 people from 24 different ethnic groups.
Since 2005, implementing projects aimed at preventing violence (from Amnesty International) in Italy and abroad, with different age groups. He ran a theater workshop at festivals and elsewhere in Italy, Argentina, Brazil and Colombia. He participated in the establishment of various theater groups, international festivals, and art associations around the world.
Towards the creation of the character - a development workshop for actors
A workshop for actors will be held in Novi Sad (17th to 19th of April 2015) in the small hall of the Novi Sad Theatre, and in Belgrade (24th to 26th of April 2015).
Method of remembrance of the body and the physical action - development workshops for dancers
Workshop for dancers will be held in Belgrade from 24th to the 26th of April 2015.
Method of work in social theater - for stakeholders in the implementation of theatrical practice in working with vulnerable groups
The workshop "The methodology of social theater" will be held in Novi Sad (17th-19th of April) in the hall of high school "Dr Milan Petrovic".
Seminars will last three days (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), ie. a total of 16 hours.
The deadline for applications is the 20th of March 2015.

The price of workshops is 30 euros (10 euros per day); one is required to pay half, due to booking places in dinars at the expense of the Association Kulturanova 330-15006268-52 at Credit Agricole bank with a note "Donation".
All are welcome, regardless of experience. The number of places is limited.
The minimum number of participants per workshop is 8 participants. If it is reported fewer participants, we reserve the right to cancel the workshop.
